Manish Yadav claims to be the descendant of Shri Krishna, matter in court now.

He had been leading the stir concerning this matter, which has attracted huge attention of late.

Narayani Sena chief Manish Yadav has been in news due to his involvement in the Shri Krishna Janmasthan-Idgah episode. Manish claims to be a descendant of Shri Krishna. This matter was dragged to court as it gathered wide attention from all quarters. He has mentioned in his petition that he wants to free the land of Lord Krishna’s birthplace from encroachment. Even though the hearing on his claim has not reached its final stage, many people have objected to this claim and have filed counter applications in court. The matter is listed for hearing on the 1st of July 2022.

The people who have also filed against his claim in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division themselves claim to be the descendants. Hence, the controversy has caught wildfire, being the center of discussion amongst all.

On learning about the counterclaims, the Narayani Sena told that he is aware of the developments and is studying the matter in detail to take further action. He will only comment after going through the nitty-gritty of the case, says a person following the developments closely. Manish Yadav recently along with his activists reached Mathura to start a stir for liberating the Janmabhoomi. The Hindu organization was formed about a year back in Lucknow with Manish as its president.

The March was planned well in advance and police were aware of the developments which led to the arrest of Manish Yadav along with his activists. On being asked about the arrests, Mathura City SP Uday Shankar Singh said that the organization was planning to intensify its stir and to keep the law and order situation in place, the arrests were initiated.

The matter is in the courts which will now decide the further course of action, but looking at the dust this stir has created, it looks like it won’t settle down anytime soon and will be in news for long.
