Handpumps installed by Iron Lady Foundation

The social service NGO, Iron Lady Empowerment Foundation, installed handpumps in Jharna and Rampuriya villages of Palana Khurd Panchayat in Mavli block.
Dinesh Khatik informed that some time ago, the foundation’s founder, Rashi Mehta, visited Palana village for social service work. There, she learned about the problem of water scarcity faced by the villagers, and she immediately instructed her team to work towards resolving it.
As a result, handpumps have now been installed in both Jharna and Rampuriya villages.
Palana Khurd Sarpanch Tulsi Bai expressed her gratitude to the foundation and thanked Rashi Mehta. She also mentioned that the villagers are very happy with the new handpumps, as they will no longer have to travel long distances to fetch water.
